Where to find it
Open the PPI occurrence linked to the seller and use Appeal.
What you can do
Provide the information and evidence requested in the form. Submitting an appeal does not automatically reverse a decision.
Good practice
Review the information before saving changes and follow the notices shown in the seller panel.
